We continue our series of 2nd Saturdays at Namaste´ workshops with several new offerings this fall. Check out below what we have planned so far. We hope you will join us!
Partner Yoga: Exploring New Dimensions
with Gretchen and Ellen
Sliding Scale $25 — $35
Tap into the freedom and spontaneity that arise when we give ourselves over to our playful nature in a supportive environment. You will experience a variety of partner poses to explore with the support and challenge of a yoga partner—in some you will mirror each other, and in others, you will take turns assisting each other to expand your flexibility, strength, and balance. Simple Thai Yoga massage techniques will be woven in as we flow in and out of the roles of giver and receiver. A few poses may involve multiple people or the entire group. You will expand your capacity to trust, connect, and play openheartedly, building confidence as you move beyond your everyday limits with the support of a partner and the group.
Suitable for friends, couples, yoga class buddies, etc. Bring a yoga partner or let us know if you need one.

Exploring the Chakras with Ellen Shapiro
October 18 - 21, 2018
Picture this: You spend four days at the spectacular beaches of St. George Island, FL in October—doing yoga, relaxing, and hanging out with cool people. Sound really good? Join us for this yoga beach retreat, for all that and more!
Ellen will lead guided yoga sessions that include learning about the chakras and working with chakra energies in many different forms. Our yoga practices will weave in these explorations of the chakras through postures, breathing, visualizations, mantra, and more.
The retreat atmosphere will help you really relax, as you share the yoga practices and the pleasures of beach life with a wonderful community of fellow seekers. You'll have the time and space to re-discover and be guided by your own rhythms and to find new and deeply satisfying connections with yourself and others. The schedule includes multiple sessions of guided yoga practice, free time at midday and late afternoons, and two group dinners. We’ll have optional activities for fun and connection or quiet reflection in the evenings.
Prior yoga experience is helpful but not necessary. This retreat is best suited for those free from current major physical challenges. All genders are welcome.
