Early morning sadhana is a spiritual practice that allows us to express the Infinite within ourselves by coming together as a group in the ambrosial hours before the sun rises.  We confront our mind and ego and invite Soul, spirit and intuition into our day as we energize and balance the body. Pre-registration is not available. Please arrive by 4:50 to get settled into your sacred space.

FULLY ALIVE YOGA BEACH RETREAT

Enjoy the spectacular beaches of St. George Island, paradise practically in our own back yards, while deepening your yoga practice through expertly guided yoga, breathing, meditation, and other awareness practices that raise and channel energy. Bask in the retreat atmosphere, sharing the practices and the pleasures of beach life with a wonderful community of fellow seekers. You will discover and be guided by your own rhythms, finding new and deeply satisfying connections with yourself and others. We will practice empowering techniques for mindful living that you can apply in daily life.

The schedule includes multiple sessions of guided yoga practice and free time at midday and late afternoon. The retreat is in a beautiful home across the street from the Gulf with a wonderful view of the water from our yoga practice room. We are a 5-minute walk to the beach. Please join us for this deep dive into living yoga on and off the mat!

*  Check-in starts at 5:00 PM on Thursday, 10/24. Retreat starts at 6 PM.

Retreat ends Sunday, 10/27 at 1 PM. *  Price includes accommodations and six extended yoga classes, three additional optional Sunrise Yoga classes, instruction and practice in asana, pranayama, meditation, mindful eating, and intentional silence.
*  Prior yoga experience is helpful but not necessary.
*  The retreat is best suited for those free from current major physical challenges.
